At VPRO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-performance gear. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your VPRO account and select the order you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Device

  Securely place the item in its original box including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
